  • Supports teams in navigating difficult conversations and encourages them to have the conversations that often go unspoken, and when avoided, can lead to burnout, misalignment, and disengagement. Designed as an interactive and experiential learning experience, the workshop equips participants to approach challenging dialogue with greater awareness, intention, and communication effectiveness.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Enhance Problem-Solving & Reduce Harm: Our signature Second Response Technique teaches team members how to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting in ways that create harm or inefficiency.

    • Build Trust & Improve Collaboration: Reframe conflicts as opportunities to build connection and stronger teamwork.

    • Build Somatic Awareness: Become aware of what happens in the body during difficult conversations to better understand how internal reactions affect outward response.

  • Grounded in our signature Bloom Mindset framework, this workshop helps individuals and teams move beyond self-doubt and negative internal dialogue by addressing the root experiences that drive imposter syndrome and the fear of failing. Through guided connection and small-group conversation, this experiential workshop reduces isolation and strengthens trust, empowering people to take risks, learn from failure, and reconnect with their sense of capability and confidence for greater influence and higher impact.

    • Recognize Imposter Patterns: Identify the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that signal imposter syndrome.

    • Normalize the Experience: Understand that self-doubt is common and not a personal flaw.

    • Spot Personal Triggers: Pinpoint when and why imposter feelings arise, and connect with how they show up in the body.

    • Apply Practical Tools: Use techniques like EFT, affirmations, embodiment practices, and a “wins” journal to move through fear and self-doubt.

    • Build Authentic Connection: Share experiences in small groups to reduce isolation and support one another.

  • The People Manager Essentials training equips managers with the core capabilities needed to lead high-performing, inclusive teams. The program helps managers balance performance and people-centered leadership, strengthening their ability to build trust, foster belonging, and create the conditions for individuals and teams to thrive.

    This program is delivered over six months through monthly cohort-based training sessions. Each session is one hour and is designed to build practical leadership capability through shared learning and discussion. Organizations may choose to complement the cohort training with individual 1:1 coaching for managers to deepen learning and support real-time application. In this format, each manager receives one additional one-hour coaching session per month alongside the cohort training.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Strengthen 1:1 Effectiveness: Transform one-on-one meetings into intentional spaces for connection, clarity, and accountability, building trust through consistency, curiosity, and meaningful dialogue that supports both performance and growth.

    • Facilitate Engaging Team Meetings: Design and lead structured, inclusive meetings that foster shared ownership, problem solving, accountability, and psychological safety, using intentional openings, clear norms, and thoughtful participation practices to enhance team performance and synergy.

    • Deliver Growth-Oriented Feedback: Apply a structured feedback model that reinforces strengths, addresses gaps early, and frames development as an investment in long-term growth rather than a reactive correction.

    • Build High-Impact Performance Management Systems: Align job responsibilities and performance expectations with organizational goals while delivering timely feedback and conducting evaluations that build clarity, trust, motivation, and a sense of belonging.

    • Navigate Conflict with Clarity & Confidence: Approach conflict as an opportunity for alignment and stronger collaboration, developing the skills to address tension directly, regulate reactivity, and facilitate productive resolution. This training also builds awareness of appropriate HR involvement and the risks of addressing sensitive issues without proper guidance, ensuring managers handle conflict responsibly, compliantly, and in alignment with company standards.
